Shipping Policy

BXT Bikes ships carbon fiber frames, complete bikes, wheelsets, and various bicycle accessories to customers worldwide. Please carefully read the shipping information below before placing an order.

1. Shipping Scope

We ship to EU countries. Small accessories and small packages are sent via the ePacket line. All other packages are shipped via the DPD "Double Clearance & Tax-Paid" line (door-to-door delivery; buyers do not need to pay customs duties).

If you require UPS express shipping (7–10 day delivery), please contact us to change the shipping method; otherwise, the DPD "Double Clearance & Tax-Paid" line will be used by default.

2. Processing Time

Order processing time depends on the product type and stock availability.

Product Type | Processing Time
In-stock small accessories | 1–5 business days
In-stock frames, wheelsets, and accessories | 15–25 business days
Complete bikes | 15–25 business days
Custom-painted carbon frames or custom products | 25–35 business days before shipment

Custom-painted products require additional time for painting, quality inspection, and packaging.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

We select shipping methods based on the destination country, product dimensions, weight, and logistics availability.

Common logistics carriers include:

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Specialized logistics channels
Local delivery partners (post-customs clearance)
